Halili operates a California licensed Small Family Home (SFH) under the Community Care Licensing Division of the California Department of Social Services. Our home provides a safe, structured, and nurturing residential environment for children and youth who may have developmental, medical, physical, behavioral, or other specialized care needs.
As a Small Family Home, we are committed to providing individualized attention and care in a true home setting — not an institutional one. We believe every child deserves stability, dignity, and the opportunity to thrive within their community.
